Media are not available

Issue detected: You don't see Media in the Media Bar.

Possible reasons: 

1. You have not opened the Media bar
2. You have not installed the Media part of Artlantis
3. The path to reach the media folder is misconfigured

How to solve it: 

1. Make sure you have opened the Media bar by clicking on one of the dotted ends of the line at the bottom of the screen.
   
   

   2. Install the Media  (and do not reinstall Artlantis). The installer of the Media pack is part of the Artlantis trial version installer.  Download the full version here. 

3. Check in Artlantis Preferences that the path to the Media folder points to the right location. 

By default, the Media folder is installed here: 

• MAC : Macintosh HD/Users/Shared/Abvent/Artlantis
• WIN : C:\Users\Public\Documents\Abvent\Artlantis

Here you can assign a custom path to your personalized Media folder.
