The use of the diagnostic files: Our technical support will be able to detect and help you more quickly if they have access to these files containing information on your configuration and specific Artlantis problems.
How to prepare them:
On MAC:
- The diagnostic file folder can be found at the following path:
Macintosh HD/Users/<user>/Library/Caches/StudioBase2/logs
This is a hidden folder. In order to make it appear in Finder, click on Go to roll down the menu while you hold down the option/alt key on your keyboard. The "Library" will appear in the list and you can now select it.
On PC:
- The diagnostic file folder can be found at the following path:
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\StudioBase2\logs
This is a hidden folder. To make it visible, please follow this article.
Send the entire folder to our Technical Support:
Select the StudioBase2 folder belonging to your version with all its content and subfolders. Compress it into a zip file and attach it to your next reply.
